1977: Parent Company founded and incorporated as BOGRA MOTORS PVT. LTD. from Registrar of Joint Stock Company.

1978: Established a fully functional modern servicing and repairing workshop for automobiles.

1988: Company founded a new manufacturing industry name, POWER FILTER Manufacturing Co.

1989: Started Commercial Air, Fuel & Lubrication Oil filter production.

1991: Established R&D and Testing Laboratory.

1997: Production exceeds 500,000 pcs per year.

2000: Introduced Gas Generator & Heavy equipment Filters.

2003: Production exceeds 750,000 pcs per annum

2004: Expanded its existing factory to newly built building.

2004: Introduced second production Line.

2005: Awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification for Quality Management

2008: Products export to Canada.

2010: Upgraded ISO certification to 9001:2008

2012: Factory production line automisation started with Korean collaboration

2012: Introduced plastic panel and PU type Filters

2015: Introduced fully Automatic Korean production Line (new line).

2016: Production capacity exceeds 5.0 million pcs per year.

2017: Introduced ECO type filters to local market.

2018: Upgraded ISO certification to 9001:2015
